Shopping for a home? Whether you are a first time home buyer, a seasoned investor, moving up or down, this is the stop for you.
Purchasing a home is like no other purchase you will ever make. You are buying hopes and dreams, you are buying weekends doing little projects around the house, you are buying something which will hopefully bring you a little financial security, you are buying risk, you are buying a place to raise a family, you are buying a lifetime of memories.
This type of purchase should be handled with care.
I have the smartest clients in the business. Why? Because it is my job to educate and guide my clients so that they can understand the current market conditions and make smart decisions. Buying a home can be stressful; it is also my goal to alleviate the emotional ups and downs that go along with purchasing a home.
This is a relationships business.
There are a few steps that you will need to take.
Does this make you nervous? Don’t worry, I will be with you for the entire ride. Once you have located a home and have an accepted offer, another aspect of my job is to be sure you aren’t buying a lemon (unless, of course, it is for lemonade). To help you determine the condition of the house I will connect you with home inspectors, structural engineers, roofers, and other trades people. This way you will know exactly what you are buying.
And then comes the fun part- negotiating. The good news? You are in the hands of a killer negotiator. I will do everything I can to get you the best house for the best price. This is why clients consistently refer people to me.
