S W E E T Berkeley Living in a S W E E T Berkeley Bungalow

S W E E T Berkeley Living in a S W E E T Berkeley Bungalow.

Ok, so check it out.  I recently listed one of the sweetest remodels I have seen in awhile.

1408 Alcatraz in Berkeley is a one-of-a-kind gem.  This 2+ bedroom, 1 bath home is ready for its next owners.  You wouldn’t have to really do a thing, well, except for move in your own belongings.  The house is ready for the holidays, ready for entertaining, ready to make your own.

Some comments from people who have visited the home:

“Wait, are these fossilized limestone counters?  And is this a Viking Range?  Now this is a kitchen I could cook in!  ” ~First time home buyer chef

“I love the recessed lighting throughout the house.” ~Neighbor

“Radiant floors?  So when I wake up in the morning my toes won’t be cold?” ~7 year old home shopper

“The storage in the basement is larger than my apartment!” ~First time homebuyer currently renting in San Francisco

So as you can see, the buzz is getting out there.   We are reviewing offers this Tuesday, October 26th, so make sure you take a peek before it is too late!
