Temescal and North Oakland Market Data

Check it out.  This data is for single family homes in Temescal and North Oakland, and covers *for sale* and *sold* over the past 12 months.

 

 

 

 

 

 

And here we are for the past 2 years…

If we continue with this same trend than we can deduce that inventory will continue to go up through the end of spring, down in the early summer, back up late summer/early fall.
